Juno Credit Union

Juno Credit Union came to us at a turning point. The business had grown quickly, but the motion language no longer reflected the quality of what they actually do.

We began by listening — workshops, site visits and long conversations with the people closest to the work. A few recurring themes quickly became the backbone of the project.

We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Juno Credit Union team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.

The work has since been featured in several design publications, but what we're proudest of is how naturally Juno Credit Union has made it their own.
